1. Payment in full including the shipping cost to the desired country is required at the time of placing an order.
2. Confirmation of your order will be given within 24 hours of the order being placed and payment in full being made.
3. Tracking numbers and the courier’s name will be provided by email in all cases. A signature is required for each delivery.
4. All parcels are carefully packed and insured against loss or damage. All or any claim for a damaged parcel must be made on the same day that the parcel is received. No claim outside this time limit will be accepted.
5. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your doll then please email me within seven days of receipt with details of your complaint. I will accept returns provided the doll and accessories are in the original new condition as when sent to you. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the doll to me and the refund is limited to the cost of the doll excluding any courier costs. Please ensure you provide me with the tracking information.
6. All magnetic dummies have a strong magnet sealed inside the head and another strong magnet in the dummy/pacifier. These are covered with felt to prevent discolouration. Please be aware that magnets are not suitable for very young children or near pacemakers and it is the responsibility of the purchaser to decide whether to purchase a magnetic dummy.
7. The paints used are Genesis heat set paints which are non toxic.
